Andrea Belzer Many times we hear about whole foods and many of us normally think about only whole grain, like buying the wheat bread. Rather whole foods are much more about using ingredients that are not processed. Imagine made from scratch cake versus a box cake. Because whole foods are better for your health I have been working on consuming as many whole foods as possible.
